Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You'll be responsible for preparing dishes according to our recipes and maintaining high quality standards during service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in consistently delivering excellent food.
Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience as a line cook in a professional kitchen • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Food Handler's certification (or willing to obtain) • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies • Prepare food for service according to recipes and quality standards • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station • Assist with inventory and receiving deliveries • Follow all health and safety regulations
