Restaurant Manager
Job Description
Lead our restaurant operations as General Manager. You'll oversee all aspects of daily operations, from staff management to guest satisfaction to financial performance. We're looking for an experienced leader who can drive results while creating an amazing work environment.
Requirements
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience • Strong leadership and team building skills • Financial acumen (P&L management, labor costs, inventory) • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Knowledge of health and safety regulations • Flexible availability including nights and weekends • ServSafe Manager certification • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality preferred
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily restaurant operations • Hire, train, and develop staff members • Create and manage staff schedules • Monitor and achieve financial targets • Ensure exceptional guest experience • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues • Maintain health and safety compliance • Coordinate with kitchen on menu execution • Manage inventory and vendor relationships
