Requirements
• 2+ years of bartending experience • Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Must be 21+ years old • TIPS or equivalent certification • Ability to work nights and weekends • Strong multitasking abilities
Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and guest preferences • Maintain a clean and organized bar area • Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service • Engage with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere • Handle cash and process payments accurately • Stock and prepare garnishes • Help develop seasonal cocktail menus • Train and mentor bar backs
